By day, the Concierge also plans city excursions, assisting in arranging transportation, tours, personal shopping, salon & spa services, childcare, pet care, and more.

With each stay you automatically receive exclusive rewards from I Prefer. To enroll, simply fill out a iPrefer form available at reception.
Check-out time is at noon, but guests in a rush can order an express check-out through our Welcome Team. You may leave the key in the room on your way out, and a copy of your bill will be mailed to the address we have on file or e-mailed to you, at your preference.
Laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services are available daily. Items turned in to Guest Services by 9 a.m. will be returned by 6 p.m. A list of laundry instructions and options is located in your guest room.

Taxi & Car Service
Taxis are available at the main entrance of the hotel. Dylan Concierge Team assist all hotel guests in hailing a taxi. Please contact the Concierge to arrange for car rental, car service, or limousine service. Train, tram and bus maps are also available at the Concierge desk for those in need of transportation anywhere at any time.

The dog-friendly Dylan Hotel has designed a program of amenities and services to ensure its four-legged guests feel right at home, including pet beds, treats and water dishes. Our iPods are also pre-programmed with a variety of music and playlists curated by Grainne Ross, this top Dublin City hotels Creative Director. All iPods are provided upon request and based on availability.
Dylan knows the value of work—and the importance of keeping up to speed. Our Business Butlers offer an efficient secretarial service including typing, faxing, printing and photocopying . Laptop, mobile phone hire and conference call facilities are also available to meet the needs of all business travelers.
Our fitness room is open 7am – 10pm every day of the week and offers a variety of exercise equipment that includes a treadmill, cross trainer, exercise bike, an overhead television and loaner iPods to provide entertainment and perhaps motivation.
